The FASHION4AFRICA showcase is from the study focusing on the tourism of African fashion from all 53 states in Africa. The event will comprise of  a fashion competition between fashion designers and models, live music from Senegalese Kora player Fily, who has just finished a recording session with top Bollywoodmusic producer and composer AR RAHMAN (DOUBLE OSCAR WINNER for SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE) Gambian and Congo musicians Ladi and the Moto Moto band with great singers Makuta, Ido, Mbokalia, Limuzine, Angolian entertainment from Kizomba and comedy from the Award winning Eddi Kadi our host for the evening. Official music management by AFROGROOVE- ERIC SOUL

To add glitz and glamour to the stage the gorgeous Tashie Jackson will be our co-host. Tashie is an acomplished performing arts graduate who has just finished filiming in the final Harry Potter, appearing in Disney film 'The Prince of Persia' and has an up and coming Album being recorded in New York. Her multi talent as a dancer, singer and 5 times multi-lingual skills as the rumour has it promises her stardom!

The objective is to combine all aspects of African culture, fashion, travel, arts, music, and languages etc. and use these as fundraising tools to sponsor those listed below:

An unestablished or unknown fashion designer will be awarded a place at the Fashion Retail Academy of which Sir Philip Green of Topshop is patron, alongside other high street brands such as Next, Tescos and Marks and Spencer or the London College of Fashion.

It is also our aim to provide an already established fashion designer with a platform that will give her/him international exposure in Africa with an  Exciting all expenses paid trip to a country in West Africa!!
